    LOCATION - Nestled in a compact, "one lane" parking lot, Civitas Coffee is easy to find. With a long interior space, they have a handful of tables + seating. I believe they have WiFi but I didn't see too many outlets. The inside is clean but fairly basic. FOOD - This coffee shop had been on my list so I finally tried it for the first time. I went with an Iced Spanish Latte with whole milk and it was so delicious! From the looks of it, they use coffee beans from Jetty. You can really taste the rich boldness of the beans but it's still creamy and just sweet enough to make it smooth. One of the better tasting coffee's around! SERVICE - I was happily greeted and felt welcomed by the barista. She was wonderful. Couldn't have had a better first time experience!

    We took a group of youth students from our church in AZ to Cali and every morning we had a standing order here. I always would rather get products from a local spot and this place did not disappoint! They were so kind and made our order perfect every morning. They even delivered it to us by the nicest people and would drive to wherever in the Biola campus that I was in need of getting my leaders their delicious morning pick up. For an out of towner this place slapped I recommend you go check them out as the coffee is quite great but the people are truly some of the nicest I've engaged with in awhile.

    I love visiting local coffee shops, and my favorite drink to order is always a Spanish Latte. Civitas has an excellent Spanish Latte, with a super cute location and friendly staff. They also have a clever setup with a little flower shop inside, making it a great place to grab a cup of coffee and some flowers on the go.

    Cute place, cute decor, cute gifts The barista was very kind and sweet. Tried the chagacino bc the mushroom hype so was interested to try. Made with oat milk so it's nutty and creamy, lightly sweetened. It's made well, it's good drink but not sure if it's for me. Maybe it's for you?
